Due to the special nature of massage chairs (customized services, large size, high logistics costs, etc.), to protect the rights of both parties, our store currently only offers return and exchange services for in-stock items in overseas warehouses in the United States. Other countries are not supported for returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding! 

2.Return requirements for goods eligible for return:
An explanatory policy that supports returns and exchanges
 Regarding the return and exchange policy for in-stock items in overseas warehouses in the United States, the following conditions must be met:
1.The returned product must be in brand new, unworn, undamaged, and unused condition, with all original accessories such as manuals included. The returned product must be fully packaged, and the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns. We appreciate your understanding! 
2. If you wish to exchange for an equivalent product, please arrange the return of the original order first. After we receive and confirm the returned product, we will send you a new product. If you wish to exchange for a non-equivalent product, please process the return and refund of the original order first, then place a new order on our website for the product you prefer, and we will ship it to you

3.If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


4.For after-sales issues:

During the warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts (5 years for motor replacement, 3 years for parts replacement, video-guided replacement, and 1 year for on-site repair). Explanation of the policy for other regions and products that do not support returns or exchanges:
To protect the rights of both parties, please carefully check the product information, size, and functional requirements before purchasing a massage chair. Due to the special nature of massage chairs, their high value, and the high logistics costs for large items, customized or specially configured products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding!

If there are any after-sales issues with the received massage chair, we can provide comprehensive warranty support. During the warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts for repairs, and we can also guide you through repairs via video. You can contact us through the platform at any time.

 

3.How to Return or Exchange?
Return/Exchange Application: 
Please contact our customer service email yijie01@yitouch.com to apply for a return or exchange. We expect to process the application within 1-3 business days. Once the application is approved, please return the product along with the product list to the address provided in the return/exchange confirmation email. The shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, and we do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.

If you use a non-trackable shipping method for the return and the product is lost, damaged, or misdelivered, our company will not be responsible. We appreciate your understanding. 

 

4.Return/Exchange Process:
Process: Contact customer service email to register for return/exchange → Provide pictures of the product to be returned/exchanged → Customer service confirms the return/exchange application → Return the product → Confirm receipt of the returned product → Process refund or exchange

 

5.Refund Method:
Once we receive and inspect your return and confirm it is correct, we will notify you within 1-3 business days and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through the original payment method:
Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require some time to process and post the refund. Refunds generally take 6-8 business days to be credited, depending on your bank's processing speed.
